Corporate Membership Policies:

1. Corporations or Businesses (hereinafter referred to as “Corporations”) must be approved by the Board of Directors to be eligible for Corporate Membership Program.
2. Governing documents must be provided authorizing the Executive Officer (i.e., President, CEO or other officer with authorization to bind the Corporation) to apply for Corporate Membership.
3. All Corporate Membership rights belong to the Corporation, and the Corporation shall pay all initiation fees and annual membership fees associated with such Memberships.
4. Corporations must designate individuals chosen for its Corporate Membership (hereinafter referred to as “Corporate Designees”).
5. Corporations must designate a minimum of three (3) Corporate Designees but may designate as many Corporate Designees as the Corporation desires.
6. All financial obligations to the Club for each Corporate Designee of the Corporate Membership are the responsibility of the Corporation which owns the Corporate Membership (the Corporation will be liable to the PCA for payment of all financial obligations.)
7. All Corporate Designees must go through the normal Club application process in addition to producing proof of eligibility from the Corporation.
8. Corporate Designees must be twenty-one years or older and of good moral character, to be eligible for membership.  The PCA reserves the right to refuse membership to any Corporation or Corporate Designee for any reason.
9. Corporate Designees may be changed by the Corporation without additional initiation fees.  There is a $100 transfer fee to change Designees.  Such transfer fee applies every time Designees are changed.
10. All Corporate Designees are subject to the PCA By-Laws.
11. Corporate Designees may not loan out or transfer their memberships. Guests of Corporate Designees must be accompanied by the Corporate Designee at all times while in the PCA.
12. Each Corporate Designee will be assigned his/her own PCA Member number to be used for all PCA charges.  Monthly PCA statements for each Corporate Designee will be sent to the Corporation’s mailing address.  Monthly statements are billed the first week of each given month and are due on the 10th day of said month. 
13. A Corporate Designee of the Corporate Membership may be terminated at any time by the Corporation.   It is the responsibility of the Corporation to inform the Club in writing at [email protected].  Upon notification the Club will terminate such Corporate Designee’s Membership within 24 business hours.  All fees incurred until termination are the responsibility of the Corporation.  If the PCA is not informed that a Corporate Designee’s rights to the Corporation Membership have been severed, the Corporation remains liable for any and all charges that individual has incurred at the PCA. 
14. Corporate Memberships pay no monthly dues in-lieu-of an annual membership fee assessed to the Corporation.
15. The Corporation shall pay a one-time non-refundable initiation fee of $500 per Corporate Designee. 
16. The Corporation shall pay a non-refundable annual membership fee of $1140 per Corporate Designee by January 1st of each year.  The annual membership fee will be prorated monthly if the Corporation joins or adds an additional Corporate Designee after January 1st and will be charged at time of joining or adding.  Such monthly prorated fees will be assessed in the month the Corporation Membership becomes active. 
17. A $25 per month food & beverage minimum will be applied to all Corporate Designees.
18. Corporate resignation from PCA must be presented in writing. Any unpaid charges are due immediately.
