On September 27, 2022 we added a 98-inch TV to the Main Dining Room as part of our continuing commitment to having state-of-the-art audio/visual access to our members who use the club for both business and personal events.

Dining Room
Our spacious 1800 square foot dining room is the perfect setting for any occasion, seating up to 70 people for a formal dinner or 127 for cocktails. Large windows overlook a beautiful outdoor patio, built in 2018. Use of the patio can be added to a dining room rental between May and September, weather permitting. Privacy shades can be used for those who do not wish to use the patio in the summer months while utilizing our dining room for a private event.
The largest of our banquet space, the dining room layout can be configured in multiple ways to best meet your needs. A large projector screen and full audio/visual access including two wireless microphones, an overhead speaker system, and a conference phone is available for use. There is a $500 food & beverage minimum during regular operating hours and $2500 minimum outside of normal operating hours.

Prudhoe Room
The Prudhoe Room is ideal for board meetings or exclusive dinners for larger parties with closing frosted-glass doors for privacy. A long, rectangular table comfortably seats 14 guests for dinner (25 for just cocktails) on either side with room for a guest of honor at the head of the table. A smaller table is situated in the corner of the room for placing your business-related materials or gifts for special occasions. A/V capabilities include a TV/Monitor, two wireless microphones, overhead speaker system, and conference phone The doors between the Prudhoe and Swanson Rooms can be opened to expand seating if needed.

Swanson Room
Perfect for intimate gatherings, the Swanson Room comfortably seats up to 10 people (15 for cocktails) with closing frosted-glass doors to ensure privacy. A/V capabilities include a TV/Monitor, two wireless microphones, overhead speaker system, and conference phone. The doors between the Swanson and Prudhoe Rooms can be opened to expand seating if needed.

Lounge
A large bar with ample seating for 50 people is the anchor
of the PCA’s 3100 square foot lounge, with plenty of smaller tables scattered
throughout the floor. Guests can relax in conversation with friends or take in sporting
events or news programs on the large-screen televisions visible from just about
every seat. A fully stocked bar manned by one of our knowledgeable bartenders strives
to fulfill any drink request. The lounge also features a large glass window
looking into the PCA’s exclusive wine room housing approximately 1200 bottles
from around the globe available for purchase. The lounge is not available to
rent during normal operating hours, but may be rented outside of normal
operating hours for a $2500 food & beverage minimum. A/V capabilities in
the lounge include a TV projector, 4 large-screen televisions, and an overhead
speaker system.

Patio
Built in 2018, the patio is an ideal space to enjoy Alaska’s long summer evenings. Gas-powered fire pits and heat lamps are available to keep guests comfortable, should the temperature drop. Umbrellas are also available on select tables to help guests stay cool when the sun gets too hot. The patio features dining tables, Adirondack chairs, and cozy couches to invite lounging and conversation. The patio is available to rent for private events during regular business hours or for a predetermined food and beverage minimum on weekends.
